SESSION DESCRIPTION: An overview of the new Bidding Portal, recent E-Rate program updates, and other relevant state-level developments. This session is designed for Michigan K-12 and library IT staff, along with their E-Rate consultants, and will focus on the information most valuable to these audiences. The presentation/discussion will be led by Julia Legg of E-Rate Central.

SESSION DESCRIPTION: During this session we will review MEMS and the Annual Checklist
This session will introduce the new MiSEN Entity Management System (MEMS) and demonstrate how it streamlines the management of MiSEN member entities. Attendees will learn how MEMS tracks MiSEN services, compare state (EEM) and federal (EPC) data, and provides access to information submitted through the MiSEN Annual Checklist, making consortium management more efficient for ISD IT staff and E-Rate consultants. The presentation/discussion will be led by Michelle Mize of MiSEN.

Elevate Your IT & Cybersecurity Skills - Fall of 2026
MiSEN, MiCloud, and MiSecure are launching four certification cohorts at NO COST to ISD and District participants: Network +, Security +, CrowdStrike Falcon, and AWS Cloud Practitioner. Participants will join a statewide community of K-12 IT professionals and gain access to guided learning, hands-on labs, and certification-focused cohorts designed to build networking, cybersecurity, and cloud expertise.
