Project Description:

MiSEN, on behalf of the Berrien RESA and its member school districts, is seeking bids to increase broadband capacity and resiliency at school locations, enabling them to connect to the MiSEN network for high-speed Internet Access. The RESA and respective districts will consider bids for multiple modes of transportation that meet the rigorous service-level agreements and terms and conditions required to support the educational needs of each entity.

Each respective participating entity may evaluate solutions for its own entities and determine whether to award a contract for its location(s). Offerors should bid accordingly and refrain from proposing network solutions that rely upon the award of any other site.
